NHS New Out of Hours Arrangement from 1.10.2018

This new integrated out-of-hours service, starting at 11 AM on 1 October 2018, will be managed by the LAS (London Ambulance Service). ALL PATIENTS REQUIRING ACCESS TO THE OUT OF HOURS SERVICES WILL NEED TO RING 111. The old number, 020 8185 0545 is no longer in use. In effect, 111 will be the single point of telephone entry into urgent care services in the out of hours period (when the surgery is closed).

From the 14/02/2016 we have stopped taking orders for medication over the telephone with the exception for Housebound Patients.

To order your medication you will need to either:-

Post your order slip to the surgery with a self addressed envelope (unless you are signed up electronically).

Drop your order slip through the letter box (just outside the front door).

Drop your order slip in the Prescription Box at the Reception.

Ask your designated chemist to order your medication for you (if this service is provided by them).

You can also order your medication online, in order to use this service you will need to be registered online.

To register online we will need Photographic Identification which can be a Valid Driving Licence or Valid Passport.
