Our premises are modern and re-adapted with all necessary facilities, including disabled access to the front and side aspects of the building.

We have a hearing loop induction point in reception, and a member of our team can assist with Basic Sign Language and Finger Spelling. Our staff can also assist those who are visually impaired by guiding at the preferred side and placing a hand on the shoulder or elbow to help the patient navigate around the surgery.  We also offer patient-centered approaches for any type of impairment, so please ask our reception team if you have any impairment, disability or sensory loss, and they will provide you with the appropriate guidance.
